Terms of service

These terms apply to Vyntez VPN, run by Vyntez Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the apps, the extension or the servers, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what data we keep.

1. Your account

• You need a verified email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
• Keep your password and your devices' WireGuard private keys safe. Anyone with a device's private key can use that device's access until you delete or re-key the device.
• You are responsible for what happens through your account.

2. What the service does, and doesn't

• The phone apps and WireGuard configs route a device's traffic through our servers. The browser extension only covers the browser it is installed in. The website and installable web app don't route traffic.
• A VPN doesn't make you anonymous to websites or services you sign in to, and doesn't protect against malware or phishing.
• We work to keep the service available, but we don't promise it will always be available, at a particular speed, or in a particular location. Locations can be added, changed or removed.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Vyntez VPN to:

• break the law, or harm, harass or defraud others;
• send spam, attack or scan networks or systems, or spread malware;
• infringe others' rights, including copyright;
• overload, disrupt or try to get around the limits of our servers, or resell access.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans and billing

• The Free plan includes 1 device, Free-tier locations and a monthly data cap. Plus includes more devices, every location and no data cap. Current limits and prices are on the pricing page.
• Plus is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your dashboard. Plus continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to Free.
• Plans can't be bought in the phone apps; upgrade on this website.

5. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That removes your devices from every server and cancels any subscription.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it applies.
